Injuries or illnesses are inevitable in pet keeping; birds are no exception. We need to be vigilant on any changes, be it in physical form or behaviour. Getting advice online from fellow parronts can be a secondary source of information, but a visit to an avian vet is the best bet. Not many vets are well versed in the medical field of birds, so it is crucial that you only seek help from those who are avian trained or certified.
